Inmovar realtime avatar: voice, leads and tickets for commercial support
I implemented a realtime avatar on inmov.ar that talks with customers, detects needs, organizes leads and opens claim or advisory tickets.
The new innovation inside Inmovar is not just an AI widget: it is a live commercial experience. The realtime avatar speaks with users and companies, guides the conversation, classifies intent and leaves the next step organized so a team can respond better.
What it does
The avatar attends in realtime, can speak by voice, support with video or run in voice-only mode. The conversation does not stay loose: it detects whether the person is asking about support, sales, claims, scheduling, traceability or a solution for their company.
Why it matters
Many companies lose opportunities because they respond late, fail to capture context or mix claims with sales. This layer turns the first interaction into actionable information: lead, ticket, suggested vertical, urgency and next step.
How it fits into Inmovar
